Police are seeking a male suspect who on Monday, walked into UES – an ice cream shop located at 1707 Second Avenue between 88th and 89th Streets – and forcibly groped a female employee.
Video shows the suspect walking into the shop while the 28-year-old employee was alone. The employee fought him off after his first attempt at grabbing her, at which point he can be seen leaving the shop. But moments later, he re-entered to assault her again. Authorities say the employee’s co-workers came to her aid before the suspect fled.
