NYPD officials have issued an alert about an incident of forcible touching targeting a minor on the Upper East Side earlier this month. Police are hoping someone from the general public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the wanted individual.
At about 2:20 p.m. on Saturday, November 16, a 12-year-old female was riding the M3 bus at 86th and Fifth Avenue when an an unidentified suspect sat next to her and caressed her upper thigh, according to the police report. The suspect got off the bus at 60th and Fifth Avenue.
There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
