NYPD officials have issued an alert about an incident of public lewdness which took place last month on a train passing through an Upper East Side subway station. Police are hoping someone from the public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the wanted individual.
According to the police report, the incident occurred on Tuesday, February 18 at about 10:30 p.m., when a 67-year-old man riding a southbound Q train “observed an unidentified adult male exposing himself and performing a lewd act” at the 96th Street station.
The suspect fled on foot and no one was injured. Police have shared the below surveillance image of the suspect.

1) The passenger wasn’t “riding” the Southbound Q at 96th yet, as that is where the train originates. 2) I’ll bet blue fur didn’t use the turnstile coming into the system.
