Police have released an alert regarding six suspects wanted in connection with a robbery that took place on the Upper East Side in late July. The NYPD is hoping a member of the general public will be able to assist them in identifying and locating the wanted individuals.

According to the police report, the incident took place on Saturday, July 27 at about 12:30 a.m.
A 43-year-old man was riding on a southbound 4 train–somewhere on the Upper East Side–when a group of six unidentified individuals approached him.
NYPD officials say they punched and kicked the man multiple times, “causing bruising and pain,” before stealing his phone, wallet, Apple MacBook, keys, $350 in cash, and credit and debit cards.
The suspects fled the location on foot to parts unknown. The victim sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
Police have released surveillance photos and video.
