NYC Restaurant Week is back this month – after a cancelled event last summer and the institution’s first “Restaurant Week To Go” this past winter.
Reservations are open and specials can be enjoyed at over 500 restaurants in all five boroughs from Monday, July 19 to Sunday, August 22.
Participants are offering lunches and dinners for $21 or $39, as well as “Signature Dining Experiences (three courses or more)” for $125 at select restaurants.
So far, 24 Upper East Side restaurants have registered to participate this season, with more expected to join.

NYC Restaurant Week goes back to 1992, when it was created by Tim Zagat and Joe Baum. Since then, it has been occurring twice per year in both NYC and in cities throughout the country (outside of 2020). Since its inception, Restaurant Week has grown wildly in popularity and participation, with virtually every New York City publication covering the food fest each year.
