The NYPD has released images and video footage of the man suspected of carrying out the shooting which took place on Monday, April 26 on 95th Street between Park and Lexington Avenues.
The NYPD’s 19th Precinct announced its initial investigation shortly after the incident took place, closing the street to traffic.
The victim of the shooting was soon identified as a 20 year old male who was shot while sitting in an SUV. The victim was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital but died from his injuries.
It was also reported that a large bag of marijuana had been found in the back seat, leading police sources to tell the NY Daily News that the shooting may have been the result of a “drug deal gone bad.”

Additional video of the suspect wanted in connection to a HOMICIDE investigation from 4/26/21 in front of 131 East 95th Street on the Upper East Side.
