Construction at The Delecor, which its website says is “inspired by some of the city’s finest Art Deco designs,” was just recently completed, according to New York YIMBY. The 31-story building features a fitness center, children’s playroom, screening room, outdoor rooftop terrace, indoor swimming pool and more. The luxury residence was developed by the Torkian Group and designed by SLCE Architects, a firm responsible for notable projects like Via 57 West, Brooklyn Point, One57, Gotham West and more.

Outside the lottery, the development’s cheapest available apartment is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit for $8,000 per month, according to The Delecor’s website. A three-bedroom penthouse is available for $25,000 per month.
A portion of the apartments available through the lottery are reserved for those with vision, hearing or mobility impairments, while 20 percent are reserved for current Community Board 8 residents and 5 percent for NYC employees.
Additional building amenities include bike storage lockers, a shared laundry room, storage, smart heating/cooling controls in each apartment and more.
The building is on the same corner as The Duchess, another luxury development that ran an affordable housing lottery earlier this year.
