Jones Road Beauty is now open at 1071 Madison Avenue at East 81st Street. Bobbi Brown’s makeup and skincare company offers “Clean no-makeup makeup,” according to its website, “Free from sulfates, parabens, and phthalates.” Additional locations can be found in Montclair, New Jersey; East Hampton; Greenwich Village; Palm Beach, FL; Chicago; and Williamsburg and Cobble Hill in Brooklyn.

Springbone Kitchen recently opened its doors at 1429 Third Avenue at East 81st Street. Google reviews for the fast-casual health food chain are positive so far. Springbone offers a variety of gluten-free bone broths, bowls and soups, and has locations throughout the city. Some popular items include their Immunity Broth (with ginger, garlic and vitamin C), Grandma’s Chicken & Rice (free-range chicken, bone broth rice, roasted brussels, cabbage slaw, cashew white sauce and hot sauce), and their Mexican Bowl (Free-range chicken, bone broth rice, pinto beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled onions and hot sauce).

NYU Langone Orthopedic Associates has acquired Rothman Orthopaedics of Greater New York and has taken over its 21,000+ square foot space at 645 Madison Avenue (at East 60th Street), according to @TradedNY. The asking rent for the space, which occupies the building’s third and fourth floors, was over $2 million annually. The location “offer[s] a full spectrum of musculoskeletal care, including orthopedic surgery, sports medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and podiatry,” according to its website.

WISE WONDER by Book Nook will be opening a location at 83rd and York Avenue this summer. The children’s literacy program offers small reading classes while also incorporating art and music into their lessons. Classes are available for children between 6 months and 6 years old, and currently, the business has locations in Tribeca, the Upper West Side (West 59th and West 81st Street), Park Slope, and New Jersey.

ColorPop Workshop had its grand opening on Feb. 19 at its second floor studio at 1289 Madison Avenue (between 91st and 92nd streets). “Designed to provide a creative space for young artists aged 4-12, ColorPop offers a diverse range of classes and workshops aimed at nurturing artistic skills and fostering a love for the arts,” states a press release.
