Dr. David Langer — head of neurosurgery at Lenox Hill Hospital and star of Netflix docuseries Lenox Hill — is selling his UES apartment with wife Dr. Nancy Lipsitz for $4.35 million, the New York Post was first to report.

The 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath penthouse duplex is located at 1760 Second Ave (between 91st and 92nd streets), a full-service condo known as Chartwell House.

The apartment — listed by Frances Katzen of Douglas Elliman — measures 3,400 square feet and comes with a monthly bill of $8,824 (between common charges and real estate taxes).
