Rose Box, a Fancy Flower Shop, Opens on Madison Avenue

Last modified on May 19th, 2022

Rose Box NYC – which offers “High-end preserved roses arranged on beautiful Parisian hat boxes” – has opened a shop at 1069 Madison Avenue at 81st Street (heard through @moms_of_the_ues).

Headquartered in Tribeca, the flower brand has attracted celebrity clientele including Cardi B, whose husband – a rapper named Offset – gave her about $12,000 worth of product as a 2020 Mother’s Day gift.

The company also appears to be popular among lesser-known celebs and influencers.

Boxes come in a variety of shapes and sizes, with styles including centerpieces, jewelry boxes, heart boxes and more. Roses come in a variety of colors; we counted 23. A large portion of the company’s revenues appear to come through online orders.

Reviews for the new Upper East Side location are positive so far, with a perfect score of 5 out of 5 stars on Google.

Rose Box has been featured in quite a few media outlets including People, New York Post, Good Morning America and Forbes – though most of these write-ups appear to be in exchange for commission shares (which means the publications make money when you buy).

The shop has a Valentine’s Day section along with some special promos on its website, but prices are quite high; a box of 16 roses goes for $259, and a box with 34-38 is $399.
