Le Petit Parisien has leased a space at 1035 Third Avenue (between 61st and 62nd streets), @TradedNY reports. The French sandwich shop and bakery has another location at 355 East 78th Street (between First and Second avenues) which opened in 2022. We’ve reached out to the business to ask for an estimated opening date, and to confirm the other UES outpost will remain open.
The Sleep Loft will be opening a showroom at 1625 York Avenue (between 85th and 86th streets), which according to their website is coming soon. We attempted to contact them, but the store email address on their website bounced back. The Sleep Loft carries a wide variety of brands and has additional locations in Chelsea, New Jersey and Brooklyn. Their New York locations have positive reviews.

Aesop will be opening its newest location at 1140 Third Avenue on February 14, according to the Australian skincare brand’s website. There’s another UES outpost at 1070 Madison Avenue (between 80th and 81st streets). Aesop offers a range of hair and skincare products, perfumes and room sprays, soaps and more.
Frico Pizza has leased a space at 1319 Second Avenue (between 69th and 70th streets), according to @TradedNY. The 600 square foot space was previously home to Singas Famous Pizza. We don’t know a lot about the forthcoming pizzeria, but their IG account–@friconyc–says “pizza loading” in its bio.
